Important Notice

Tenants Law is a claims management company, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We refer enquiries to a panel of regulated solicitors authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

What Happens After You Contact Us

1

Initial contact

Call us or submit an enquiry form on any of our claim pages. We will ask a short series of questions to understand what happened and the impact on you.

2

Free case assessment

Within 24 working hours we will review your enquiry against the relevant legal tests (for example, Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 for housing disrepair, or the Bolam test for medical negligence) and tell you honestly whether you have a claim worth pursuing.

3

Referral to a panel solicitor

If your claim looks viable and you consent, we identify the panel law firm we propose to refer you to and share their SRA authorisation details so you can verify them before proceeding.

4

Your solicitor takes over

The panel solicitor will contact you directly, agree a Conditional Fee Agreement (No Win, No Fee), and handle your case end-to-end under their own professional responsibility.
