- Your Solicitor Takes Over — The panel solicitor will contact you directly, explain your options, and handle your claim on a no win, no fee basis.
- Resolution — Your solicitor will work to achieve the best possible outcome, whether through negotiation or court proceedings.
Referral Fees and Transparency
Where we refer your enquiry to a panel solicitor, we may receive an introduction or referral fee if that firm takes on your case. This fee is paid by the law firm, not by you. It does not affect the compensation you receive or the quality of legal advice provided.

If your complaint concerns how we have handled your personal data, you may also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
